The 1st edition of Global Scientific Martial Arts and Cultural Congress (GSMACC), formerly known as the International Seni Gayung Fatani Congress and Silat Melayu Symposium, was held in Sandakan, Sabah from 17 – 19 August 2018. Formerly known as International Seni Gayung Fatani Congress and Silat Melayu Symposium, the program attracted participations from all around Malaysia.
On 17 October 2018 in Rzeszow Poland, nine Malaysia delegations led by GM Dr Mohamad Nizam Mohamed Shapie successfully presented and received full support from members of committee of International Martial Arts and Combat Sports Scientific Society (IMACSSS) to host the 9th edition of IMACSSS Conference in Malaysia.
The 2nd edition of GSMACC was held during the pandemic on the 10th-12nd October 2020 at Putrajaya, Malaysia. The organization was the first organization to host the hybrid international conference of 9th International Martial Arts and Combat Sports Scientific Society (IMACSSS) Conference and 2nd Global Scientific martial Arts and Cultural Congress (GSMACC) 2020 which was held in Putrajaya, Malaysia from 10th to 12th October 2020.
The upcoming IMACSSS International Conference of 2024 to be held again in Putrajaya Malaysia from 12 to 14 October 2024. This is in conjunction with the 4th Global Scientific Martial Arts and Cultural Congress (GSMACC).
