The organizing committee of International Martial arts Festival 2022 will be a joint festival between UiTM, UNESCO ICM and MMF in collaboration with PSGFM. The festival organizing committee established the division of Daily Committees, Sub-Committees, and others to coordinate and implement the festival. The Organizing Committee already determined the details of the event:

i. Location and time:
Hotel Everly Putrajaya, on 28 – 30 September 2022.

ii. Hotel, food and drinks, transportation:
Hotel Everly Putrajaya, food and drinks will be available for participants and spectators, fans, and tourists. The transportation will be provided for easy access for the school students participation from their school.

iii. Organizer setup:
The organizers will provide a presentation venue, showroom or gelanggang, seminar room, performers accommodation and transportation facilities. Performing opening and closing ceremonies, security, and doctor standby during Silat Seni competitions. The martial arts workshop and seminar will be a unique experience to the visitors and participants located near to the exhibition hall.

iv. Gifts and souvenirs:
The organizers will provide the gifts and prizes based on the event participated and the type of competition to the judges, groups and consolation to the exhibitors as well as volunteers.

v. Highlight of event:
Once in a lifetime opportunity for all visitors mainly the school students to witness the performance from martial arts experts and performers from UNESCO ICM and Malaysia. They also will get the opportunity to attend the martial arts workshop once the performance finish. 300 participants will take part in Seni Silat Level 1 coaching workshop will perform special performance during the closing ceremony.
